Students bring in homework, we note the needs in terms of skill level and provide assistance with homework giving additional assignments for progress as needed. We can assist in a variety of subjects from language arts, social studies, math and history. The homework assistance program provides the opportunity and support students need in order to complete assignments. We offer assistance in 4:1 or 1:1 ratio. Time is just as important to kids as it is to parents therefore when students get the individual help they need it allows them more free time at home and for extracurricular activities.

Why is school a struggle?

There are a number of reasons why students struggle in school. We have found that for the most part it is due to the inability to complete homework assignments on a regular basis. Another reason students struggle is from falling behind and never catching up, students need intensive help when they have fallen behind.

Homework soon becomes important and useful because it leads to immediate positive feedback from adults and the opportunity to participate in enrichment activities, and long-term positive response from parents and teachers. We see students make measurable improvements in their academics with our help and guidance.
